We should be prepared for it. In that sense, Tomsk is now a testing ground. I hope I\u2019m wrong \u2014 but I probably won\u2019t be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Update<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">April 23, 2026:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It appears that the <em>Stone of Sorrow<\/em> memorial in Tomsk has been permanently removed.
